Most of you will have seen the email regarding the changes to how we will be taking payments starting Term 4. In case anyone hasn't seen it yet or for future reference, please keep reading. We will be sending students home this week and next week with an authorization form for storing your card details for future payment. If you already have a card on file we only need your cards last 4 digits, so please send us an email or text. We will need these details by 8th October. Starting term 4 we will be sending invoices as usual for parents to pay up until 8th October. If payment has not been made by the due date, we will then manually take payment from the card on file the day after at 1pm. If we are unable to retrieve funds at that time there will be a fee of $5 added to the next payment. The Studio Rules and Guidelines have been updated to reflect this change.
