enrolment confirmation for 2018

Hi Parents,

For those of you continuing in 2018, please complete the form below by the 7th January to receive the registration discount. Let us know if there are any problems with you completing the form. 

For those who won't be continuing into 2018, you can either hand in a cancellation form which can be found here or we will be automatically cancelling everyone we don't receive word from on January 22nd when we start distributing invoices to all who are enrolled.
